The first design of this pan was created in 1965 by a steel salesman to help his candy-making wife get a consistent size for toffee. It required 2 people to use the knife and made extra large batches! We've made a few adjustments since then to make it more versatile and easy enough for 1 person to use.

Sandi Pond is a third generation candy maker!
She is a wife, mother of two teenage boys, a homesteader, and is always trying new things. She is a hand dipper of chocolate, a singer songwriter, loves Jesus, and is always ready for an adventure. Any questions about the homemade candy making process, she's your girl!
